Key responsibilities
- Liaise with Universities (Staff) and Networks
- Work on the strategic, long term vision of the organisation
- Liaise with ECNA’s Board of Directors
- Assist executive committee members with their roles, ensuring all tasks relating to the running and administration of ECNA are carried out appropriately
- Put together templates and ‘how-to’ guides for ECNA’s operations
- Help with fundraising and the organisation of the events
- Train and mentor the following year’s incoming manager
Selection Criteria:
- Versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm and a high-level of self-motivation and initiative, both independently and as a part of a team.
- Advanced level of English communication, both oral and written
- Consistently proactive, taking initiative whenever possible
- Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills with the ability to plan, coordinate and execute tasks and projects through to completion whilst meeting deadlines, balancing competing demands and having a specific attention to detail.
- Ability to work with limited direction to initiate procedures, set priorities and manage tasks. Support as required, including coordinating calendars, diaries and travel as needed.
