IT Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve and maintain the ECNA website, keeping it updated with relevant information as discussed by committee members
  • Improve and maintain the ECNA social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube), keeping it updated with relevant information as discussed by committee members
  • Advice on technical issues
  • Coordinate with PR Officers and Editor for events promotion and updating the online blog respectively
  • Train and mentor the following year’s incoming IT Officer

Selection Criteria:

  • Consistently proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative whenever possible
  • Able to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to work with limited direction to initiate procedures, set priorities and manage tasks
  • Advanced level of English communication, both written and oral
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and execute projects whilst meeting deadlines and balancing competing demands.
