Key Responsibilities:
- Improve and maintain the ECNA website, keeping it updated with relevant information as discussed by committee members
- Improve and maintain the ECNA social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube), keeping it updated with relevant information as discussed by committee members
- Advice on technical issues
- Coordinate with PR Officers and Editor for events promotion and updating the online blog respectively
- Train and mentor the following year’s incoming IT Officer
Selection Criteria:
- Consistently proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative whenever possible
- Able to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to work with limited direction to initiate procedures, set priorities and manage tasks
- Advanced level of English communication, both written and oral
- Ability to plan, coordinate and execute projects whilst meeting deadlines and balancing competing demands.
