Key Responsibilities:
- Producing ECNA’s eNewsletter publication fortnightly:
- Write a feature article for the eNewsletter
- Collaborate with Publicity Officers to develop a formal layout for the eNewsletter
- Stay up to date with current opportunities available from Network Partners, so they can be included in the eNewsletter
- Collaborate with Sponsorship Officers to feature new and existing partners in the eNewsletter
- Manage ECNA’s membership list and eNewsletter account
- Revise eNews in response to feedback and comments from members
- Communicate with the President/Vice President regarding the eNewsletter and members’ response
- Train and mentor the following year’s incoming Editor
Selection Criteria:
- Consistently proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative whenever possible
- Able to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to work with limited direction to initiate procedures, set priorities and manage tasks
- Advanced level of English communication, both written and oral
- Ability to plan, coordinate and execute projects whilst meeting deadlines and balancing competing demands.
